Program Details

Program Overview

One (1) Rewards Point is earned for each dollar spent (excluding fees, tax and tip) at our participating U.S. locations*. Rewards Points will be automatically added to your Rewards account (“Account”) within 24 hours of your visit.  Rewards Points may be earned for dining, nightlife, daylife, private events, delivery (where applicable), tickets (where applicable) and gift card redemptions. You may earn a maximum of 10,000 Rewards Points per visit to a participating U.S. location. You will automatically receive ten (10) Rewards Dollars for every 200 Reward Points you accrue.

To earn Rewards Points when hosting a party or private event, you must be a Tao Group Hospitality Rewards member prior to the event date. You will receive one (1) Reward Point per dollar spent on food and beverage purchases only. The name of the person receiving Rewards Points must also appear on the event agreement.

Restrictions

Rewards Points are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or Tao Group Hospitality promotional/comp cards.

Tao Group Hospitality reserves the right to specify blackout dates, without notice, for earning and redeeming Rewards. Please check with the venue for specific dates prior to visiting.

Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed as payment for special events, private parties or catering.

Rewards Points & Rewards Dollars Expiration

Rewards Points expire 365 days from your last visit and Rewards Dollars expire 365 days from the date of their accrual. To determine when your Rewards Dollars expire, please check your Account inside the mobile app.

 

Tao Group Hospitality reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein – including, but not limited to, methods by which Rewards Points can be earned, and the number of Rewards Dollars that may be redeemed through the Program, and any of the options made available to you with respect to your Account, at any time, with notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to accrue Rewards Points or use your Rewards Dollars.  Tao Group Hospitality reserves the right to terminate the Program or temporarily suspend the Program at any time, for any reason, upon thirty (30) days prior notice, even though termination may affect your ability to accrue Rewards Points or use Rewards Dollars. In the event of termination, you will have thirty (30) days from the date Program termination is announced to redeem unused Rewards Dollars.

Further, the earning and redemption of Rewards Points is limited to non-alcohol sales at California locations.

Tao Group Hospitality locations outside of the continental United States also do not participate.

Mobile App

To participate in the Program, you must download the Tao Group Hospitality mobile app, available on iOS & Android. Once you have downloaded and logged in to the app, you may utilize our check-in feature and link your Account to your check or bar tab.

Earning Rewards Points

To earn Rewards Points, log into the Tao Group Hospitality App and utilize the Check-In & Pay flow to begin the Rewards process. You’ll be able to pay through the app at select venues or earn & redeem Rewards via a Check-In Code with your server or bartender.

Redeeming Rewards Dollars

Rewards Dollars can only be redeemed when visiting a participating location.  When you are ready to pay, there are two ways to redeem Rewards Dollars.  If you choose the Mobile Pay feature, you will be prompted to specify how many Rewards Dollars you would like to redeem during your visit.  If you choose to pay traditionally, you will need to inform your server or bartender that you would like to redeem Rewards Dollars.  Please note, with traditional payment method, all your available Rewards Dollars will be redeemed.

Restaurant Delivery

Rewards Points may only be earned for delivery, at participating locations through our delivery partners where applicable. If Rewards are available, during the ordering process you must add a specific item to your order and follow the onscreen instructions to leave the necessary info to link your Account. This item must be included in the original delivery order to earn Rewards. Unfortunately, Reward Points may not be earned retroactively.  You will receive one (1) Reward Point per dollar spent on food and beverage purchases only (before tax and gratuity).

Online Ticket Purchases

If available on the event, you can earn Rewards Points for online ticket purchases through our preferred ticket partners Ticket Sauce & Ticket Driver. Follow the instruction listed on each event details page in order to properly link your Rewards account.  Rewards Points are not granted retroactively on purchases. You will receive one (1) Reward Point per dollar spend for online ticket purchases (excluding taxes, online service fees, box office service fees, administrative fees, processing fees, and gratuity).

Nightlife/Daylife Online Table Packages

You can earn Rewards Points from your online Table Package. Once at the venue, speak to your host or server who will link your check to your Account.  Table packages booked online are not automatically linked during the online checkout process and must be linked in person. Your Account must be linked prior to paying for your check.

Physical Gift Cards

Rewards Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, but not when it is purchased. You may not use Rewards Dollars to purchase a gift card.

E-Gift Cards

Rewards Points are earned when an e-gift card is redeemed, but not when it is purchased. You may not use Rewards Dollars to purchase an e-gift card.

Bar Cards

Rewards Points are earned when a bar card is redeemed, but not when it is purchased.

Rewards Points expire 365 days from your last visit and Rewards Dollars expire 365 days from the date of their accrual. To determine when your Rewards Dollars expire, please check your Account inside the mobile app.

I received a special reward and it is no longer in my Account, what happened?

Certain rewards, such as birthday or anniversary rewards, will only be valid for a limited time. Always make sure to check the expiration date of the reward to ensure you do not miss out.

To earn Rewards Points on a special event, you must be an active member of the Program before your event date. You will earn one Rewards Point per dollar spent, based on your check’s food and beverage subtotal*. The member receiving points must be listed on the contract. Ask one of our special events team members for further instructions on earning Rewards. The maximum amount of points earned during an event is 10,000.

Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed as payment for special events, private parties or catering.

* The earning Rewards Points is limited to non-alcohol sales at California locations.

Once registered, is anything done with my information?

We only use your information to keep you up to date about special events and promotions that will be of interest to you. We will send periodical communications pertaining to Program upgrades and Account activity.

Why am I not receiving emails from you?

If you have enrolled in the Program and are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Depending on your email provider, you may have to add us as a safe sender. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at rewards@taogroup.com.

No Purchase Necessary TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Open Only to Legal Residents OF THE fifty (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 21 years of age or older. Void Where Prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Tao Group Hospitality (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

 

HOW TO ENTER:  On February 19, 2024, beginning at or around 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending at 11:00 a.m. ET on April 30th,  2024 (“Entry Period”),  to enter, open the Tao Group Rewards App on your mobile device, login to your account (or register for an account if you have not yet done so); then find and click on the banner about the sweepstakes and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form (“App Entry”). If you don’t already have a Tao Group Hospitality rewards account, downloading the app and establishing an account is free. All applicable Tao Group Hospitality Rewards Terms apply.

 

Bonus Entry: For an additional chance to win, during the Entry Period, visit the @TaoGroupHospitality profile page on Instagram, find the post about the Tao Group Rewards sweepstakes and respond to the prompt in the comments section of the post and tag a friend (“Bonus Entry”). If you don’t do so already, you must also follow @TaoGroupHospitality on Instagram. You can unfollow @TaoGroupHospitality any time after the winner has been announced. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply.

 

For the purpose of these rules, App Entries and Bonus Entries may be referred to individually as an “entry” and collectively as “entries.” All entries must be received by 11:00 a.m. ET on April 30th,  2024. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.

 

Limit one (1) App Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry per person, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person for the sweepstakes. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

 

Drawing:  Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about Friday, May 3rd from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.  Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the prize will remain unawarded.

 

Prize:  Winner’s choice of one of the following trips for winner and up to three (3) guests (21 years of age or older) to be redeemed by December 29, 2024:

 

CHOICE 1 – LAS VEGAS

Las Vegas Trip will include:

  • Round trip black car SUV airport transfers between airport and hotel

  • A VIP Cabana at TAO Beach Dayclub with a $2,000 food & beverage credit (subject to seasonal availability);
  • Dinner for winner and 3 guests at winner’s choice of LAVO or Hakkasan restaurant with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity)
  • Dinner for winner and 3 guests at winner’s choice of Beauty & Essex or TAO restaurant with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity);
  • A VIP table experience (with a value of $2,000 including tax and gratuity) at Omnia Nightclub; and
  • A VIP table experience (with a value of $2,000 including tax and gratuity) at Hakkasan Nightclub.

 

 

CHOICE 2 – NEW YORK

New York Trip will include:

  • Domestic round-trip flights (economy cabin) for winner and 3 from the major airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, New York;
  • Four Star Hotel Accommodations (as determined by Trip Advisor official hotel class rating) includes two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms (room rate and room tax only) for three days and two nights in New York City;
  • Dinner for winner and 3 guests at winner’s choice of TAO Downtown or Beauty & Essex restaurant with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity);
  • Dinner for winner and 3 guests at winner’s choice of Cathedrale or Sake No Hana restaurant with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity);
  • A VIP table experience (with a value of $2,000 including tax and gratuity) at Marquee Nightclub or PHD Downtown; and
  • A VIP table experience (with a value of $2,000 including tax and gratuity) at Loosie’s Nightclub.

 

CHOICE 3 – CHICAGO

Chicago Trip will include:

  • Domestic round-trip flights (economy cabin) for winner and 3 guests from the major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Chicago, Illinois;
  • Four Star Hotel Accommodations (as determined by Trip Advisor official hotel class rating) includes two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms (room rate and room tax only) for three days and two nights in Chicago;
  • Dinner for winner and guests at TAO Chicago with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity);
  • A private Omakase sushi experience for winner and guests at TAO Chicago’s sushi bar (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity); and
  • A VIP table experience (with a value of $2,500 including tax and gratuity) on the dancefloor at TAO Chicago Nightclub.

 

CHOICE 4 – LOS ANGELES

Los Angeles Trip will include:

  • Domestic round-trip flights (economy cabin) for winner and 3 guests from the major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California;
  • Hotel Accommodations at the Dream Hollywood includes two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms (room rate and room tax only) for three days and two nights;
  • VIP Cabana experience at The Highlight Room with a $2,000 value (subject to seasonal availability);
  • A VIP table experience at the Lounge at The Highlight Room (with a $2,000 value)
  • -Dinner for winner and guests at winner’s choice of TAO Los Angeles or Beauty & Essex restaurant with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity); and
  • Dinner for winner and guests at LAVO Ristorante with a tasting menu of their greatest hits (maximum value of $1,000 including tax and gratuity).

 

Approximate Retail Value: $6,000 – $10,000, depending on trip selected. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure and travel must take place no later than December 28, 2024 or prize will be forfeited. All prize components including credits and dinners must be used during prize travel or they will be forfeited. All reservations for all prize components are subject to availability. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates (February 8-11, 2024; May 17-19, 2024; May 24-27, 2024; November 21-24, 2024; December 31, 2024; or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.

 

All guests must be 21 or older and execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and guests must have valid I.D. at all times.  Redemption of any credit does not apply to alcoholic menu items.

 

Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.  If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.

 

Any applicable venue rules and regulations will apply, including COVID-19 vaccination or testing policy. Winner and guests must abide by all venue policies. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Winner and guest fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

 

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

GRANT OF RIGHTS:  By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.

 

General Conditions: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, the functionality of the app, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or  from use of the app or platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
