Missed the chance to earn Rewards?

Follow these steps to request your points.

  1. You’ll need your receipt.
  2. Purchase must be within the last 30 days at a participating location.
  3. You must have been a Tao Group Hospitality Rewards member on or before purchase.
  4. Only the name for which the reservation is made is eligible for points.
  5. The venue is participating in Rewards at the time of your visit.
