About Autism Awareness Month

For over 20 years, Tao Group Hospitality has been committed to supporting the autism community, a mission first championed by Chef Ralph Scamardella and one that continues to grow across our venues today. Each year, we feature specially curated blue menu items at our restaurants, with 10% of proceeds benefiting autism awareness charities. Beyond our dining rooms, we invest in the next generation through a work-study culinary program for high school students with autism in New York, giving them hands-on kitchen experience, teamwork skills, and the confidence to build a future in hospitality. We also proudly participate in charitable events across New York and Las Vegas to further amplify our impact. And because inclusion doesn’t stop at the door, all of our restaurants are trained annually by KultureCity to become sensory inclusive venues, ensuring that every guest, regardless of sensory needs, feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
