This Chinese New Year our expert culinary team have created an exclusive Year of the Snake menu. These dishes are carefully curated with auspicious ingredients believed to bring strength, health and good fortune into the year ahead.
This menu features a vibrant Blossoms of fortune dim sum platter, Crispy prawns with wasabi mayo and stir-fried dishes such as Corn fed chicken with soy kumquat sauce and snake gourd with lotus root in sanbei sauce.
For something sweet, our patisserie chef has created a showstopping Firecracker petit gâteau, crafted with bergamot curd, zingy Sichuan pepper Chantilly and a hazelnut crunch, as well as the Serpent’s Sweet Macaron, featuring milk oolong ganache and zesty orange marmalade in a crisp almond shell.
Join us in raising a glass to the new zodiac with our exclusive Lucky Snake cocktail, created with Grey Goose vodka and Akashi-Tai ginjo yuzushu sake for a fresh and fruity sensation. To experience a variety of flavours, try the Grey Goose Altius Martini Flight which includes a Dirty Mango, Yuzu Twisted and Lychee Martini. Our talented bar team are able to craft all cocktails zero proof with Clean Co spirits.
This limited-edition menu is £75 per person and is available for two guests or more. Join us to celebrate from Tuesday 14th January until Wednesday 12th February.
To make the celebrations even more special, treat yourself and loved ones to our limited-edition Pineapple Pastries. These petit treats are traditionally gifted at Chinese New Year as a symbol of wealth, fortune and prosperity. They are delicately crafted with sweet caramelised pineapple jam, encased in buttery pastry, and topped with a pink white chocolate snake. Available in a box of 8, they are the perfect gift to share during the festivities.
We are bringing the Year of the Snake to life throughout our restaurants with bespoke snake inspired decorations and Chinese lanterns, as well as traditional lion dances to bring good luck and fortune to the new year.
