Global hospitality company Tao Group Hospitality and Dinar, a premier hospitality and development company in Mexico, announce LAVO Mexico City slated to open early next year. This marks the second partnership between Tao Group Hospitality and Dinar, who previously opened the successful Ling Ling Mexico City in 2021.

LAVO Mexico City is on street level at Paseo Arcos Bosques, one of the city’s most luxurious retail complexes. This will be LAVO’s seventh location, following decades of success in New York, Las Vegas, Singapore, Los Angeles, San Diego, and London (set to open this summer).

LAVO Mexico City will serve up coastal Italian fare. Having perfected its signature style and earned a following of celebrity patrons in major cities around the world, LAVO will delight guests at its new location with menu highlights including its fresh pasta made in-house; pizzas made with whole grain, single-source flour, the Tagliatelle al Limone created with marjoram, sweet butter, Kaluga caviar, the Meatball made with wagyu and topped with whipped ricotta, the Salt-Baked Sea Bass and more. An inspired cocktail program and curated wine collections will complete the dining experience.

“We are thrilled to expand our offerings in Mexico City and grow our relationship with Dinar, ” says Co-CEO Jason Strauss at Tao Group Hospitality. “After the success we’ve had with LAVO in other major markets, we’re excited for Mexico City to experience this world-class Italian fare.”

“We are very excited to start our second project with Tao Group Hospitality. It has always been a dream of ours to bring the most recognized brands in the world to Mexico and with LAVO we are doing just that. We believe that, like Ling Ling, LAVO will be a major success with its unique design and spectacular cuisine, unlike any other Italian restaurant in Mexico.” says CEO Javier Romo at Dinar.
