As the seasons change, so do our appetites. Chef Jason Hall, Vice President of Culinary Operations, proudly introduces Cathédrale’s Fall 2022 menu. Enjoy an array of seasonal signature dishes including the Autumn Squash with honeynut, delicata, grains, and a pomegranate vinaigrette; Maine Lobster with sundried tomatoes, calabrian chili, and Blanche D’Armagnac; and Lamb Chops with romanesco cauliflower, mint, Taggiasca olive and fig tapenade.

For dessert, indulge in new sweets like the Honeycrisp Apple Beignets with Christian Drouin Calvados XO and crème anglaise; President Cake with chocolate crémeux, hazelnut praline, and vanilla madeleine; and Ice Cream Cannoli with Sicialian pistachios, candied orange, and fior di latte gelato.
