Herringbone Waikiki is proud to once again participate in Localicious Hawaii, a month-long campaign by the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation (HAF), recognizing restaurants using local ingredients. Now in it’s seventh year, Localicious Hawaii continues to support agricultural education programs in Hawaii public schools, raising public awareness of restaurants that are committed to sustaining our local agricultural industry.

For every Localicious dish ordered March 1-31, Herringbone Waikiki will donate $2 to the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation. Last year, the campaign raised over $64,000 for K-12 Ag Education Programs in Hawaii public schools. Programs focus on farming operations and careers, helping create an appreciation for the agricultural industry at an early age.

We invite you to support local farmers and our keiki by ordering one of our featured Localicious dishes:
>> Beefsteak Tomato – Big Island hearts of palm, feta, lemon-oregano vinaigrette
>> J.Ludovico Farm Roasted Chicken – kabocha squash, roasted mushrooms, natural jus
