We were honored to celebrate Pride Month here at Tao Group Hospitality. In June, 40 dedicated team members made a significant impact across multiple locations. The Las Vegas Tao Cares Team visited Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth’s HQ where they decorated the drop-in center for Pride Month, creating an inclusive space for the homeless youth. Additionally, they participated in NPHY’s “Thriving Thursday” initiative, providing food, clothing, and hygiene supplies while spending quality time with the youth. Our Tao Cares teams in NY and LA supported Covenant House NY and LA’s Pride Proms. We catered delicious meals from TAO LA and Lavo/Luchini in NY, and our volunteers served the meals during these incredible events. It was a fantastic way to directly engage with the youth and bring smiles to their faces. 

Throughout the month, we also hosted a series of internal activations that included inspiring videos from our U.S. and U.K. team members who bravely shared their stories. We also distributed valuable resources, articles, and special team member spotlights. Additionally, we provided tips on supporting Pride-affiliated businesses and recommendations for films to watch and books to read. A few select venues also celebrated Pride by creating incredible rainbow desserts- think rainbow cookies at Luchini New York! Look out for more events in the UK in July with the Micro Rainbow Foundation!
