In celebration of International Women’s Day, Hakkasan has created a new cocktail, Golden Nectar, in collaboration with the Craft Irish Whiskey Co. Five amazing women from our Tao Group Hospitality UK team are at the forefront of this cocktail, combining the expertise of Wendy Hopkins, Head of Bar; Gessica Orofino, Bartender; Alessia Mandolini, Head Sommelier; Pastry Chef, Christina De Leo; and General Manager, Pauline Dubord.

The Golden Nectar features light citrus notes in a mimosa (the official flower for International Women’s Day) cordial alongside intricate toasty yuzu flavours from Hundred Hills Blanc de Blancs 2018, which are anchored by a rich caramel and full-bodied mouthfeel of The Donn, Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Available to enjoy at Hakkasan Mayfair and Hakkasan Hanway Place until 4th April.
