Back in 2003, Hakkasan in London was the first Cantonese restaurant to receive a Michelin star rating and KA Hospitality founded by the Bajaj family was the first Indian company to bring a Michelin brand to Mumbai in 2011. With every detail carefully considered, Hakkasan Mumbai captured the spirit of London’s contemporary culinary scene and introduced a modern approach to authentic Cantonese cuisine.
