Contest Details
- Registration: Onsite at TAO Nightclub on the night of the event from 10:30pm – 12:00am. Registration will take place at Monk Bar. Registration includes completing a registration form packet and photos. Individual and group entries are permitted.
- Eligibility: Open to any guests at TAO Nightclub, must be 21+. Contestants must be in the venue during any live selection rounds and winner announcements to be eligible to win. Current TAO Group Hospitality employees are not eligible to participate.
- Selection Rounds: Any live selection rounds are contingent upon the number of entries submitted during the registration period and will take place during the event. One (1) final round with a selection of finalists may take place during the event when winners will be selected and announced.
- Selection Criteria: 50% Creativity / 50% Entertainment Value
- Judging Process: Crowd participation to help select winners.
Costume Guidelines
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Masks/Full Face Paint (excluding face coverings that are for health reasons – not part of a costume)
- Simulated Weapons (knives, swords, guns, handcuffs)
- Costumes with a realistic likeness to Law Enforcement, Security or EMS
- Nudity; including pasties and/or body paint
- Roller Skates/Blades, Skateboards
- Certain Sports Equipment (hockey sticks, baseball bats, tennis rackets)
- Large bags, Briefcases
- Costumes which may be racially, culturally, or politically offensive to any group of individuals.
- Costumes overtly sexual in nature
- In addition to the above listed restrictions, costumes of extreme height and/or width may be denied access or limited to certain areas of the venue.
