Hanami Spring Activation at Sake No Hana New York City
An Immersive Floral Dining Experience
For a limited time, Sake No Hana becomes a hanami celebration.
Now through May 18, dine beneath a full-venue cherry blossom installation by New York based ikebana artist Kan Asakura, whose work transforms the restaurant into a dreamlike floral expression of hanami, the Japanese tradition of gathering to admire the fleeting beauty of the season.
The experience continues with an exclusive wagashi offering, Japanese confections hand-crafted daily in small batches by Kyoto-trained Chef Phoebe Ogawa of OGAWAGASHI. Delicate, refined, and deeply seasonal, each piece brings a quiet sense of ceremony to the table.
Before your meal, enjoy limited time otoshi, savory izakaya-inspired bites with a fresh modern flair. From sashimi-style Spring Snapper to Ramen Pasta, each one of the five selections is the perfect prelude to one of our signature entrees.
This is a rare seasonal dining experience in NYC that invites you to slow down, look up, and enjoy the beauty of the moment before it disappears.
