The Official Rules for TAO Beach x Porter Robinson Instagram Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families—spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside—and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Buddha Beach LLC (“Sponsor”), TAO Group Operating LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Between 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 13, 2025, and 1:00 p.m. PT on May 14, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), enter by (i) liking the designated sweepstakes post on the @taobeach Instagram account, (ii) tagging five (5) friends in the comments, and (iii) reposting the sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story while tagging @taobeach. You must follow @taobeach on Instagram at the time of winner selection. Entries that do not comply with these instructions or that are incomplete will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor’s brand image and may not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must not defame, violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems to be in violation of these Official Rules.

DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond promptly. Sponsor may require potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and any other required documentation upon notification. Failure to respond or return required documents in a timely manner, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIZE: One (1) VIP table at TAO Beach during Porter Robinson’s performance on May 15, 2025, including two (2) complimentary premium bottles and mixers. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500. Gratuity not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel, accommodations, and any other incidental expenses are not included. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, or transferable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including any health and safety protocols in effect on the event date.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use their name, Instagram username, image, likeness, and submitted content in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TAO Group Operating LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Venetian Las Vegas Gaming LLC, and Venetian Casino Resort, LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, or acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost/delayed entries, or unauthorized intervention that affects the integrity or fairness of the sweepstakes. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the sweepstakes is impaired or corrupted in any way.
