Inspired by Tokyo’s food and drink destinations like Shinjuku’s “Golden Gai’’ and Omoide Yokocho alleyways, housing dozens of buzzing stalls enticing guests to grab a coveted seat to sample from a select menu of specialties, Sake No Hana’s all-night bar menu features a selection of cocktails and bites to kick-start your night or turn into a meal. Including $5 bites, $10 snacks and $15 cocktails, plus Happy Hour “Sets” (available 6-8pm for $25) that offer the chance to sample from each section of the menu — nomi (noun, “drink”), otoshi (noun, “small snack, to start”) and taberu (verb, “to eat”). Like the bucket-list destination for many foreign foodies, the destination-worthy Bar Menu goes all-night and offers the opportunity to sample stand-out Japanese dishes worth traveling for like Torii Katsu Sando, featuring crispy chicken, cabbage, Tokyo sauce; Tamago Sando, 7-11 style with quail egg, and Lobster Chirashi Don, all for just $10, alongside $5 bites like the Hiroshima Hand Roll, Nagoya Chicken Wing, Smashed Cucumbers and Wasabi Edamame. Toro Tartare with caviar and the signature Wagyu Katsu Sando with wafu mustard and Shinjuku sauce round out the menu ($15), with an A5 ‘royale’ upgrade now available for $35.
