Aperitivo Wednesdays

Celebrate our new Aprés Ski Terrazza and enjoy an Alpine Aperitivo. Savour complimentary Doladira Spritzes and Maple Americanos paired with complimentary canapés throughout the event including Wild Mushroom Arancini and a miniature version of our signature dish, The Meatball.Aperitivo will take place every Wednesday from 5 to 7pm on the new Aprés Ski Terrazza and inside the LAVO bar.

Italian Cuisine with Coastal Flair

Located where Marylebone Mayfair and Soho meet, LAVO serves sophisticated Italian cuisine with coastal flair. Having perfected a signature style and earned a loyal following in Los Angeles, LAVO delights guests at its new location with its fresh pasta made in-house; whole grain pizzas, fish and more.

Our interiors are split across two floors. One flooded with natural light featuring a sleek bar area with a cosy fire side terrace and our lower ground floor offering a warmer more intimate setting, nestled with greenery and stylish art.

Signature Dishes

The menu, created by the group’s Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella, is executed by Culinary Director Stefano Lorenzini. Signature dishes include fresh homemade pasta such as Tagliatelle al Limone infused with marjoram, sweet butter, ossetra caviar, whole grain, single-source flour pizzas, a showstopper meatball topped with whipped ricotta, a delicate Salt-baked Mediterranean Seabass and an indulgent 20-Layer Chocolate Cake.

The BoTree Bar provides a vibrant space illuminated by a colour-changing light feature that expands across the ceiling. Guests can indulge in an extensive drinks offering and sit at the teal-marble bar, which curves across the space and admire the golden walls laden with bottles. The bar menu, also curated by Lorenzini, features luxurious dishes such as the Oyster on the half shell with limoncello mignonette, the Caviar sandwich with egg salad, caviar, and homemade chips, and the True grilled cheese with hot honey.
