Giovanni Bruno, LAVO’s Bar Manager, plays host to an elite roster of industry talents: Dario Knox, a trailblazer of Singapore’s cocktail scene and four-time Asia’s 50 Best veteran who is currently the founder and managing director of Knox-International Beverage Consulting as well as the owner and mastermind of The Backdrop and The Singapore Martini Club; Giovanni Graziadei, Director of Beverage at The Singapore EDITION and alumnus of world-renowned Jigger & Pony; and Raphael Hategan, a luxury hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience leading premier restaurants and bars across Europe and Asia.
