Known globally as “Mr. Daiquiri,” David brings over 30 years of bartending mastery — from leading the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition to launching award-winning rums. Expect bold, layered cocktails like the carbonated Mangonuts, playful Strawberry, and the unapologetically spiced Bird — all showcasing his signature flair and storytelling in a glass.
