This evening celebrates the artistry of Dassai, from the crisp opening sparkle of 45 Nigori to the house’s gold standard, Dassai 23. Savor a curated menu featuring Slow Cooked Wagyu Tenderloin with Caviar and Lobster Agedashi, perfectly complemented by the modern depth of Dassai Blue 50. From the delicate bite of ‘magochi’ flathead sashimi to the vibrant Rainbow Monaka Sushi, the evening concludes with KOMA’s signature desserts and the elegant, velvety sweetness of Dassai Umeshu.
