Dress code is smart: no hoods worn up, casual sportswear of any style or brand, tracksuits, running shorts, running trainers, hats or flip flops.

Tuesday and Wednesday – 5pm – 10.30pm
Thursday – 12pm – 3pm, 5pm – 10.30pm
Friday – 12pm – 3pm, 5pm – 11pm
Saturday – 12pm – 11pm
Sunday – 12pm – 10.30pm
