Caramella is an Italian restaurant and swanky lounge concept by Tao Group Hospitality at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino that is inspired by 1970s Italy with rich colors and textures. Featuring original takes on regional Italian favorites, the main menu features indulgent pasta and a wide selection of prime steaks and chops served Tuscan-style with decadent sides a la carte. In addition to the sleek central bar, spacious dining room, and outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip with fountain views, walk through a candy shop of sweets before entering the hidden lounge, featuring a DJ booth for live music, intimate seating areas, and a full bar.
