CUISINE
Peak with Priceless’ seasonal modern American menu is inspired our chef’s long-standing relationships with local fishermen, farmers, and purveyors, as well as a commitment to sustainability. With a focus on the purity of ingredients and influenced by the diverse cuisines of New York City, the menu offers a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, ensuring a delightful experience for all guests.
BEVERAGES
Peak with Priceless is a must-visit destination for wine and spirits in New York City. Our award winning wine list, curated by Beverage Manager Jordan Skinner, features some of the world’s greatest wines from Europe and the United States, with a focus on products made in New York.
Our bar program, helmed by Beverage Manager Jon Kraus, includes classically inspired cocktails and a comprehensive list of over 300 spirits. Our selections are constantly being updated, so you never know what surprises await you on your visit.
