ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families—spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside—and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of ODC LV LLC (“Sponsor”), TAO Group Operating LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 2, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. PT on June 14, 2026 (the “Entry Period”), eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by fully completing and submitting the entry form available online at [WEBSITE URL]. No purchase or visit to the venue is necessary to enter. Entries that do not comply with these instructions or that are incomplete will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries or entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entrants must provide all required information on the entry form to be eligible. All information submitted must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Any entry that is incomplete, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving notification. Upon notification, the potential winner must provide their full legal name, date of birth, and preferred travel date for flight selection. Sponsor may require potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and any other required documentation upon notification. Failure to respond or return required documents in a timely manner, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize package consisting of the following: (i) two (2) domestic round-trip flights to Las Vegas, NV for winner and one (1) guest (ARV: $2,000); (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, NV, in one (1) room with two (2) queen beds (ARV: $2,000); (iii) one (1) dinner for winner and one (1) guest at OMNIA Skybar (ARV: $350); and (iv) VIP admission for winner and one (1) guest to OMNIA Dayclub for the Fisher event (ARV: $150). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500. Gratuity not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel dates must correspond with one of the following available Fisher show dates: June 27, August 1, or August 15, 2026. Winner must select their preferred show date at the time of prize confirmation, subject to availability. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in at Caesars Palace for any incidental charges, including without limitation room service, parking, resort fees, or other charges, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card upon arrival at the venue to be kept on file for incidental charges, including without limitation any food and beverage purchases, gratuity, taxes, or other charges in excess of the elements of the prize expressly described herein (collectively, “Overages”). All Overages will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the event. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Admission to the venue is subject to capacity and compliance with all venue policies and applicable law, including without limitation age restrictions (21+ with valid government-issued identification), dress code requirements, and standards of conduct. Sponsor and venue reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny entry to or remove any winner or guest who is underage, appears intoxicated, or otherwise fails to comply with such policies, in which case no substitute prize or compensation will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, or transferable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the event is canceled, postponed, or otherwise modified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including any health and safety protocols in effect on the event date. Alcohol service is subject to applicable law and venue policies, and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or substitute alcohol service, including providing non-alcoholic alternatives.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use their name, Instagram username, image, likeness, and submitted content in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TAO Group Operating LLC, TAO Group Sub-Holdings, LLC, TGH Employees, LLC, Desert Palace, LLC dba Caesars Palace, and Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, or acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost/delayed entries, or unauthorized intervention that affects the integrity or fairness of the sweepstakes. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the sweepstakes is impaired or corrupted in any way.
