Sake No Hana’s new 4-course tasting menu has been curated by our culinary team, helmed by Chefs Jason Hall and Yoshi Kojima, to showcase the seasonal dishes they’re most excited about right now. Fresh ingredients, sourced locally from Union Square Green Market, and some flown in from their preferred suppliers at Toyosu Market in Japan, all treated simply and in classic preparations that culminate in an exclusive experience tailored to your taste buds $60, 4-courses. A Sommelier-curated American sake pairing $30, featuring Brooklyn Kura sake, is also available as an additional charge.
